What Nicole Had to say:

As you can see, you are what you eat! In my before picture, I’m a smushy piece of cake!
Now I feel flippin’ terrific and motivated, compared to when I was eating garbage and not working out. Thank you for your help! My first personal training session I wore my pajama pants because I couldn’t fit my thighs into my regular workout clothes. You were so positive, and said I could take it off! I’m so glad Rockstar is available to me and ALL the trainers are so terrific. It doesn’t matter if it is early morning, evening or weekends, it’s always a kick butt challenging workout! The variety prevents boredom. Boredom would lead me to not wanting to workout, which would lead to cake butt!
YOU created a terrific workout environment, and picked the right staff to make it happen…pat yourself on the back!
Motivation: A True Rockstar - Jeanna
I started my first regular gym workouts in September 2008 at Rockstar Gym.

I had gone to an aerobics class a couple of times in my early 20’s, but never something like this. I remember being scared to even go into the building. But, after my first kickboxing class at Rockstar, I was hooked! Tracy, Amy and the Rockstar staff were so encouraging. When I felt like I couldn’t possibly throw another punch, they were right there to let me know I could. Then, I went to the kettlebell instruction class… I was sure that I would never be able to “snatch” that kettlebell. Rockstar was right there giving me the positive reinforcement that I needed to keep focused.
Now, a year and a half later, I’m not sure how I made it without them. I feel like part of “the family” here at Rockstar. I look forward to seeing my fellow classmates/friends. Every class is challenging! I can honestly say that I have never left a class thinking, “well, that wasn’t worth it!” Thanks to Rockstar, I am mentally and physically the strongest I have ever been. I cannot wait to see what Tracy and “the gang” has in store for me this year! Thank you Rockstar, for keeping me focused in the right direction!
